Abby Bass is an event planning expert who focuses on relationships and juggling lots of moving parts. Bass has held a variety of leadership roles including live performance stage management, engaging volunteers, securing sponsors and booking top notch speakers.
As Senior Director of Event Planning, she works strategically with the Williamson, Inc. Board of Directors, volunteer committees and fellow staff to develop a vision for over 150 events annually. Bass thrives when creating new events like launching Leadership Young Professional, a Williamson Chamber Foundation program. Bass is committed to making a difference through helping others and is always willing to share her favorite speakers, topics and venues.
Bass is a founding member of 100 Women Who Care – Williamson County and currently serves on the Williamson County Schools’ Partners in Fine Arts. She is an alumni of the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Board of Directors, Young Leaders Council, TN Achieves Mentor, Visit Franklin Ambassador, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executive Institute and Walt Disney World College Program.
Bass holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University. When she is not helping the Williamson County businesses prosper, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two kids.
