Workforce training firm expands in Franklin

WorkForce Essentials Inc. has paid $3.6 million for an office building in Franklin, where it will relocate its Williamson County location, The Tennessean reports.

The new space, located at 118 Seaboard Lane, totals 15,000 square feet, compared to the group’s existing 3,500 square feet of space on Noah Drive.

WorkForce Essentials is a nonprofit workforce development and training group, with 37 centers in Middle and West Tennessee.
