Williamson County’s new enrichment center located at Academy Park is set to open March 6.

The center, which held limited classes during February, will be free for seniors 55 and up through March 20. Beyond that date, cost to enter will be $1 for seniors and $4 for ages 4-54.

The center features a two-story fireplace, banquet hall, warming kitchen, wellness center, senior lounge, dance studio and classrooms, open-air terraces, an outdoor amphitheater, bocce ball and pickleball courts.

While hosting dance classes, summer camps and other events for youth, the center will primarily cater toward seniors during daytime hours, providing a hosting space for socializing, classes and games.

The center is located at 110 Everbright Ave, next to the main Williamson County Library branch.
