Scott Phillips, the store’s owner, is a well known veteran in the music industry and has managed Nashville music studios for 20 years. He is excited to expand the presence of uBreakiFix in the Middle Tennessee region and this is his first of three locations. He has secured future locations in Franklin and Murfreesboro.
“We want to go above and beyond people’s expectations,” Phillips said. “We are a tech repair company, but ultimately our priority is always providing our customers with a great experience and high standard of service.”
The Brentwood uBreakiFix location will offer the Brentwood fire and police departments a 15% discount until Jan. 31. Community involvement is a high priority for the brand and Phillips plans to work with local schools and businesses to offer special discounts and deals for the community.
On May 19, 2015, uBreakiFix repaired its one-millionth device.
