Williamson, Inc. is serving as a drop-in center, open to the public during regular business hours, for visitors to ask questions, obtain study materials, and provide comments pertaining to the South Corridor Study, led by the Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC). This study will help turn recent transportation plans into shovel ready projects that can modernize area roadways and address growing traffic congestion and safety concerns. The study area runs along Interstate 65, US Highway 31 / State Route 6 (Franklin Road), and the CSX railway, and will evaluate future improvements to connect people and businesses along these corridors between Nashville and communities in Williamson and Maury counties. Improving transportation across the region is an important issue to our members and we are working with the study team to make sure your voices are heard during this process.
