H.G. Hill Realty Co. announced Thursday multiple retail and restaurant tenants — including Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Core Power Yoga and SunTrust Bank — for its soon-to-open Hill Center Brentwood.
Additional newly announced retailers and restaurants for the multi-building approximately $211 million mixed-use development include Hemline, Paper Source, Francesca’s, Fab’rik, Holler & Dash, Noire The Nail Bar, Dress Up and Del Frisco’s Grille. Some will open in November, with the remainder slated to begin operations at various times in 2017 at the 17-acre center located at the intersection of Franklin Road and Maryland Way, according to a release.
Terms of the leases are not being disclosed.
Among previously announced tenants are The Cosmetic Market and Nama Sushi.
“After many years and a lot of hard work by our staff and development team, it’s quite rewarding to see our vision of a town center for Brentwood coming to fruition,” Hill Realty Chairman and CEO Jimmy Granbery said in the release. “With our first phase 86 percent leased, we are pleased to bring a mix of national, regional and locally owned retail and dining options – including several that are new to the Nashville-area market – along with notable office tenants to Hill Center Brentwood.”
The first phase contains 158,000 square feet of office space and 66,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in four buildings. LBMC will anchor building B, occupying nearly 80,000 square feet of the four-story, 117,000 square foot structure. A fifth building will be completed by spring 2017 and will house office tenants First Tennessee Bank and TMPartners.
Hill Center Brentwood features include a main street that connects Chadwick Drive on the east to Eastpark Drive, a two-lane covered valet area and a plaza with a water feature and green space. The six-level, 852-space parking garage is nearing completion and will be fully functional as retailers begin opening for business later this year. Below parking under building B adds an additional 48 parking spaces, with 145 surface parking spaces also on tap.
