I wanted to thank you all who were able to share information from our first release about our modified services. I wanted to share with you that yesterday, our first day of modified drive-through pantry services, we served 49 families in 3 hours. Normally, in one eight hour day, we serve 30-35 families. We also continue to offer rent/utility bill assistance in a modified fashion over the phone/email.
Additionally, we anticipate losing at least $50,000 from the closure of our Thrift Store. You can see the email we sent out to our supporters that explains the “triple whammy” we are experiencing and ways the community can help here: https://conta.cc/3dds3qJ
Finally, an email below includes information from some other organizations in Williamson County you might find helpful to share. The information was collected by United Way.
Thank you for helping us spread the word. Communication is so important for us right now as we work diligently to serve and need the community’s help.
