The principals at D9 Development have released a few more details of their plans to renovate the former First Tennessee Bank building on Franklin’s Public Square and included a first rendering of how the rooftop restaurant space will look.

D9 plans to break ground on its project this summer, a few months later than Bernie Butler and his team had initially planned to start construction. The project will create 20,000 square feet of office space as well as a ground-floor eatery to go with the rooftop attraction, which will cover 9,400 square feet, 4,000 of them covered.
