Deka Lash Opens Doors in Franklin
If you have any questions about eyelashes and how you might enhance them, look no further, Deka Lash is the authority on anything eyelashes.
Deka Lash celebrated its grand opening Friday with a Williamson, Inc. chamber ribbon cutting. The new store is located on West McEwen Drive in Franklin, just a few doors down from Whole Foods.
The business offers classic eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, hybrid eyelash extensions, lash lift and lash and brow tinting. During the celebration, owner Tammy McArthur introduced her staff, or certified lash extension employees, who each gave an explanation of each of the services they offer.
“We are so thrilled to offer exceptional services in the area of lash extensions, lash lift, and tinting to the wonderful community in Franklin,” McArthur said.
Each employee provided detailed information about the services they offer, leaving no doubt they do know the lash business.
“We believe in offering our customers a comfortable and beautiful place to come spend a couple of hours with us to relax, rest and for many naps, while we add more lash volume,” McArthur said.
The store features six lash beds, five in the main area and one private bed.
The location is the first of several Deka Lash businesses to come. In coming months, plans are in the works for a store in Brentwood, Green Hills, and other stores throughout the Nashville area.
“This is the first one for this area, and we are excited about partnering with the chamber and being part of this community,” McArthur said.
Customer service was a topic that staff kept coming back to throughout the presentation.
“We strive to be the best in the industry, and we are always interested in going above and beyond to provide first class customer service,” McArthur said.
“We truly believe our job and our mission is not completed until each and every customer is thrilled with their new lashes and feel comfortable with the proven ways to maintain the lashes for weeks and months to come.”
