“Corporate Centre is Nashville’s top master-planned suburban office campus, and we look forward to playing an integral role in its continued success,” Doug Brandon, Cushman & Wakefield Nashville Managing Principal, said in the release. “We are excited to establish a relationship with a quality firm like Stockbridge. We see this as an opportunity to work with them to enhance what’s already a great asset and maintain Corporate Centre’s rightful place as the top suburban business destination in one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S.”

Corporate Centre’s five buildings were opened between 1998 and 2001.
