Cornerstone Financial Credit Union Promotes Donna Young to President

Donna Young has been promoted to president of Cornerstone Financial Credit Union. Donna replaces Joe Spivey who retired in January of 2021 after serving as president since 2016.

A native of East Tennessee, Donna has spent over 42 years in the credit union industry, 31 of those years with Cornerstone. Starting her credit union career as teller at ORNL Credit Union, Donna also worked with new accounts and business development before transitioning her career to Cornerstone Financial Credit Union where she held positions as Training Manager, Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Human Resources and, most recently, as Executive Vice President.

Donna earned a B.S Degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

Cornerstone Financial Credit Union has over 42,000 members and assets of more than $468 million dollars. Cornerstone has branch offices in Clarksville, Dickson, Franklin, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro, and the main branch located in Hillsboro Village in Nashville.
