One of Cool Springs’ latest developments has secured a new company headquarters.
Crescent Communities, the developer behind the Two Greenway Centre in Cool Springs, announced Volkert Global will relocate its headquarters to the new office building. Volkert Global is the international affiliate of the engineering services firm Volkert Inc.
In addition to Volkert Global, Crescent Communities also has signed a lease at the same building with Holland Square Group, a health care information technology consulting firm.
The Two Greenway Centre, at 301 Innovation Drive, is a five-story, 155,000-square-foot LEED Class A office building. Construction on the office building is expected to be completed in December.
“Through the addition of a Wellness Studio, column-free corners on glass, lobby lounge and an expansive outdoor area for both passive and active recreation, we wanted to offer all the amenities you’d expect with a first-class Franklin address with the convenience of a surface-parked mid-rise building,” Crescent Communities President Brian Leary said in a statement.
The development is within walking distance of the developer’s mixed-use projects Cadence Cool Springs and Venue Cool Springs.
Two Greenway also will feature connections to walking trails, an onsite wellness studio and a variety of fitness classes through the virtual fitness-on-demand system.
Volkert Global will occupy 8,000 square feet, the company’s CEO, Jerry Stump, said in a news release.
“The facility at Two Greenway reflects Volkert’s longstanding commitment to sustainability and conservation, and we’re excited to build a permanent presence in this dynamic and welcoming community,” Stump said.
