Opening in Cool Springs in just a couple of weeks will be the first Buffalo Wings & Rings in Tennessee, and hiring is in progress.

The new restaurant announced on its website an opening date of Nov. 16 at 105 International Drive, Franklin — just off Carothers Parkway and Bakers Bridge Avenue.

Franchise owner Mark Cross moved to the area to open Buffalo Wings & Rings after visiting Franklin with his family. Originally, Cross wanted to open a Jersey Mike’s, as he owns several Jersey Mike’s locations in Illinois. But when that wasn’t an option, he chose Buffalo Wings & Rings. Even though this is the first location, he says it won’t be the last: Cross owns all of the franchise options in the Middle Tennessee area and looks to expand.

Cross hopes to create a family-friendly environment, serving fresh – never frozen – wings with 12 flavors and two dry seasonings. Customers can order wings as hot or mild as they prefer.

The Buffalo Wings & Rings menu features options ranging from salads to burgers as well as a number of other choices.

Each Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant also features a comprehensive selection of both local craft beers and national brands to wash down a meal while watching the big game on one of the restaurant’s many TVs.

The new location is hiring for all positions including cooks, servers, hostesses, and bartenders.  Those interested in the positions should send a personal bio and/or resume to team@redzonegroup.com.

Be on the lookout for these cards that are being passed out in the area for a free order of wings.  And we were told that there are more grand opening details coming soon. Follow Buffalo Wings & Rings, Franklin on Facebook for the latest updates on their grand opening.
