Who is Triumph Bank?

A client-centric, community-focused organization, Triumph is a Tennessee-chartered bank that differences itself with a dedicated focus on the client experience. We believe in embracing current banking technologies that offer our clients conveniences, and we partner this with a personal banker that can help with any bank need – from a mortgage to a checking account. All of our clients have a dedicated, local banker that they can call, email, or text directly. All banks offer checking accounts and loans; we offer a banking relationship.

Tell us about the events that led up to where your company is now.

In March of 2018, Triumph Bank expanded its presence into Williamson County. Lead by banking veteran, Bill Menkel, a team of local bankers joined forces to launch the brand in Brentwood.  Our story will always start with people. Our team was inspired by the idea of a well-established bank that understood the value of the client experience, and our clients have been inspired, too.  This has been our triumph, and we are so proud to bring the name to Williamson County.

What is unique about your business, what sets you apart from the rest?

In a highly-regulated industry, we maintain the ability to listen to our clients and design customized banking solutions. This approach is unique in that most retail banks operate at such a high-volume that they simply don’t have capacity to isolate and troubleshoot issues, to pioneer new banking products, and to offer all of their clients direct access to a dedicated banker. This is the way we like to do business, because relationships still matter to us.

Why did Triumph Bank decided to expand into Williamson County?

We are from here. Our Brentwood office was launched by a team of local, tenured bankers. We chose Williamson County for our newest office, because it’s central for many of our clients. They live, work, play, and now bank in Williamson County.

In your own words, why is it great to do business in Williamson County, TN? How has being a part of the overall business community in Williamson County helped you?

The county provides a platform of support for every individual in the lifecycle of a business, and as a bank that enjoys helping people grow, its exciting to stand in the middle of the launch pad.
