How has being a part of the overall business community in Williamson County helped you?
I have met incredible individuals throughout the community. I have been able to gain a better understanding of Williamson County, specifically the Franklin and Brentwood areas. Being part of the business community has given me the opportunity to stay updated on local news, the economy, and developments in the community.
Why did you choose to become a member of Williamson, Inc.? How has your membership benefited you?
I wanted to get involved in a local organization that shares the same vision for the community and where business owners support one another. Becoming an active member and Ambassador in the Chamber has provided several opportunities for me to meet and network with many businesses in various industries. I have found new friends, clients, and partners through Williamson, Inc.
Tell us a little about yourself (Where did you grow up? How long have you lived in the area?)
I grew up in Central Minnesota. In early 2017, my wife, Angela, and We decided to move to Tennessee. We were searching for a place to call home that had all the charm and small-town American feel, with a strong economy and opportunity for business growth. After seeing all that Williamson County had to offer, we immediately knew that we wanted to make Franklin our home. We have met so many wonderful and talented people in this community and have made great friends with whom we consider family. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, golfing, reading, watching football, and traveling.
How does your background help you excel in this industry?
For the past 20 years, we have been helping employers in creating innovative health care plans to implement long-term strategies to achieve cost savings and gain control. As a result, one of our clients has received a refund check for $135,000.
Recently Williamson, Inc., along with Aetna, has endorsed these strategies that Insight has been recommending to their clients for years.
Who should take advantage of your services?
Members of the Williamson Chamber that are frustrated with their healthcare plans looking to gain control, achieve cost savings, and attract & retain the best employees.
Given your expertise and the nature of what you do, what advice (general or specific) can you offer to the readers?
