Williamson County Parks and Recreation’s (WCPR) dance program, Rhythm and Spirit, offers fun and affordable dance classes for youth ages 3 and up. Rhythm & Spirit is a wonderful opportunity for kids to dance in a non-competitive environment, full of students who are eager to learn and have fun. This high quality recreation program features teachers who strive to know their students as individuals to help them improve at their own pace.
The 2020-2021 instructional program begins Monday, September 28 at recreation facilities in Fairview, Franklin and Spring Hill. Class offerings include ballet, jazz, pom, hip hop, contemporary and stretch and flex. Schedules for each facility, as well as online registration, are available at www.wcparksandrec.com.
Classes are held at: the Franklin Recreation Complex, 1120 Hillsboro Rd., Franklin; the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave., Franklin; the Longview Recreation Center, 2909 Commonwealth Dr., Spring Hill; and the Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd., Fairview.
Advanced registration is required, and class sizes are limited to meet social distancing requirements. Students must register for the class(es) for their age as of August 1st, 2020.
