Mars Petcare Take Your Pet to Work Week

Mars Petcare, a proud member of Williamson, Inc., invites you to participate in Pet Sitters International’s Take Your Pet To Work Week^®!

During the week of June 18-22, Mars Petcare is challenging local businesses to open their doors to employees and their dogs to see firsthand why pets work at work, even if just for one day (or the full week!). Recent surveys show that pet-friendly workplaces boost morale, build a sense of community and get us up for regular walking breaks – all positive things! As a business that allows dogs in the office every day, Mars Petcare can attest to the benefits of having pets at work. Piloting a pet-friendly workplace during this week is a great opportunity to see how pets work at work before potentially adopting a formal pets-at-work program.

If interested in joining the movement during Take Your Pet To Work Week^®, please register here by June 8. Once you sign up, you will receive additional resources, including an official BETTER CITIES FOR PETS™ “Pets Welcome” Toolkit to help prepare your workplace for Take Your Pet To Work Week^®. Mars Petcare may also include your business in a press release announcing the local push for pet-friendly workplaces!

And for those who are already pet-friendly, don’t worry! You can participate too by encouraging your employees to bring their dogs to work during that week.
