Jay Allen to perform at the 2018 Nashville Walk to end Alzheimer’s

Country music artist Jay Allen will perform his hit song ‘Blank Stares’ at the 2018 Nashville Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Allen’s song, which describes his mother’s battle against Alzheimer’s disease, went viral in a video earlier this year. In the video, Allen pulls his mother on stage during a performance and sings Blank Stares while hugging her.

Since then, Allen has become a constant champion and voice for the millions of people currently living with Alzheimer’s and their loved ones.

The Nashville Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the largest fundraiser of its kind in Tennessee. Money raised through the event will help support those diagnosed with the disease and their caregivers, educate the public and fund cutting-edge research for a cure.

Allen is set to take the stage at Walk of Fame Park at 8 a.m. on October 27. Following his performance, hundreds of participants will walk together to celebrate a yearlong fundraising effort and show their support for the cause.
