Andrews Transportation Group taps Pinnacle Financial Partners

Expansion project includes state-of-the-art carwash and HVAC

Locally-owned Andrews Transportation Group tapped Pinnacle Financial Partners for the Brentwood dealership’s expansion of their Jaguar Land Rover service and parts operations. The financial institution will also handle the group’s operating accounts.

“We partner with a number of Middle Tennessee’s leading banks and are pleased to include Pinnacle Financial Partners in our group, as they excel in the areas of operations and developments,” said Nelson Andrews, President and CEO of Andrews Transportation Group. “They have an outstanding team of talented and caring individuals who understand our family culture and community interests. They are an ideal fit as we plan and properly manage our growth.”

Pinnacle Financial Partners Financial Advisor Vickie Manning said, “We are excited to partner with Nelson and his team at Andrews Transportation Group to provide financial services to his growing dealership. Nelson plays such an important role in our business community and is a true leader. We share the same vision for Nashville and we look forward to nourishing this relationship.”

The new Jaguar Land Rover service department will add 8,362 square feet with 16 service bays and a new carwash system. The architectural design is in keeping with the original design to present a cohesive look and feel for the facility.

The expansion project includes a state-of-the-art carwash which can efficiently wash everything from a small Jaguar F-type to a Cadillac Escalade. This technology features a water filtration system that results in a spot free, touch free wash with no possibility of scratches or abrasions from hand drying. This system will wash between 100 – 130 cars per day and will be operational by September.

Another feature highlighted in the expansion project is a new HVAC system installed in the Cadillac service department and body shop. Automotive body shops create a tremendous amount of dust which creates a ventilation problem. This new system features dust control and minimizes humidity while controlling the temperature for working conditions. New doors improve the speed of opening and closing from 45 seconds to 15 seconds, which helps maintain ideal indoor temperatures.

The project’s architectural firm is H. Michael Hindman Architects is the construction company is Hardaway Construction.

Andrews Transportation Group has recently been named one of the Nashville Business Journal’s 2020 Fast 50, the Fastest Growing Private Companies in Nashville.
