October 5, 2016 Nashville Business Journal by Eric Snyder Southeast Venture has sold the last 6.41-acre site in Brentwood’s Mallory Park development. Nashville Post reports that Charlotte-based Sonic Automotive Group paid $3.5 million for the property, located at 1577 Mallory Lane.
