Jeni’s Ice Creams will join a bevy of local and national retailers and restaurants in a $211 million Brentwood mixed-use development slated to open this fall.

H.G. Hill Realty Co. announced Thursday a list of confirmed retail tenants for its Hill Center Brentwood project, a long-awaited town center that when fully developed will comprise 450,000 square feet of office space and 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant across 10 buildings.

According to a news release, phase one of the project consists of four buildings anchored by Nashville accounting firm LBMC, which will occupy about two-thirds of a 117,000 square-foot office building. As the Nashville Business Journal reported this spring, Merrill Lynch will take up the remainder of the office space in that building. Other office tenants with signed leases include TMPartners, which is the project’s architect, and First Tennessee Bank. Combined, those four companies will employ roughly 500 people in those offices.

Several other retail tenants are expected to open along with LBMC this fall, including facial spa Hand and Stone and women’s clothing store Dress Up. The initial phase of the development has a total of 158,000 square feet of office space and 66,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
